1. How much does it cost?

Our base delivery fee is $2.95 which includes up to 2 miles from the restaurant after the first 2 miles a $1.29 per mile fee will be charged. Any order placed through our online chat or over the phone will be assessed a $2.50 fee. An online convenience fee of $0.79 is charged to all orders.


2. Where is the delivery area?

YoYoDelivery.com makes delivery available in the following cities: Clearfield, Clinton, Kaysville, HAFB, Layton, Logan, Ogden, Riverdale, Roy, Sunset, Syracuse, Uintah and West Point. Delivery to any of these locations is based on mileage from the restaurant to your destination. 


3. What are your delivery hours?

Our hours are:
Monday - Thursday 11am - 2pm (Lunch) 5pm - 9pm (Dinner)
Friday - 11am - 2pm (Lunch) 5pm - 10pm (Dinner)
Saturday - 11am - 10pm
Sunday - CLOSED


4. Can I place a take out order?

No, take out orders must be placed directly with the restaurant


5. How long will it take from time of ordering?

We will make every effort to coordinate a delivery as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can expect your order to to arrive within 35-50 minutes from the time you place your order. However, delivery times will vary on a number of circumstances, such as weather and road conditions, traffic, distance from the restaurant to your destination and how busy the participating restaurants are. We do recommend customers placing orders in advance to ensure a specific delivery time.


6. Can I place an advance order?

Yes, the yoyodelivery.com online ordering portal allows you to effectively schedule your delivery by letting you choose your desired date and time. Whether it's today, tomorrow, next week or next month yoyodelivery.com gives you the flexibility for all your meal planning needs.


7. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For security reasons, we ask that the credit card be present along with a state issued photo Id at the time of delivery.


8. Is your website secure?

Yes, All of our payment or account pages will begin with "https" with full details of our SSL certificate available for review. We are also PCI compliant to ensure that your credit card info is stored safely and securely.


9. Can I buy gift cards?

Yes, gift cards make great gifts as everyone loves to eat! Instead of purchasing gift cards to certain restaurants, purchase one from yoyodelivery.com and let your friends and family choose from one of their favorite local restaurants. Gift cards can be purchase from our home page. Be sure to enter your zip code to be linked to one of our delivery areas.


10. Do you offer business accounts?

11. I have a large catering order, how much notice do you need?

For office meetings and special events, we suggest that you order 24 hours in advance. We can do same day catering orders but for orders of more than 10 entrees or time-specific orders, ordering at least 1 1/2 hours in advance will minimize delays.


12. Can I order a beverage?

We can provide you with 20oz or 1-Liter bottles of Coke and Pepsi products through our E-store. We also offer bottle spring water.


13. What about utensils?

YoYoDelivery.com requires all participating restaurants to provide utensils, napkins, and condiments (upon request) while packaged in restaurants branded to-go containers


14. Can I order from multiple restaurants?

Yes, but you will need to meet the $10 minimum order for each restaurant and a delivery fee will be charged for each additional restaurant regardless of destination. It will generally take 15-30 minutes longer than the original quoted time to coordinate the deliveries from 2 different restaurants.


15. Do I tip my delivery driver?

Our system will automatically add a minimum gratuity of 15% to your order at check out. Our delivery fee is not a tip! Your driver works very hard to ensure your satisfaction and timely delivery of your order. All drivers are self employed and use their own automobiles and fuel to complete your delivery. All tips go directly to your driver.
